A Lake District summit - Tarn Crags G/LD-026 - was the scene for Sheffield radio amateur Gordon Fiander G0EWN to gain his SOTA 'Mountain Goat' status.
Gordon's campaign had started on 9th February 2008 on Carnedd Llewelyn GW/NW-002, and has been conducted exclusively on the 2m band, almost all on FM mode.
